Return & Refund Policy

Returns
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.

To start a return, log in to your account, open your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button — or simply email us at cityskyline3d@gmail.com and we'll walk you through it.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when an item arrives damaged or defective — in that case, we'll cover it. Please ship returns to the address below and email us to let us know they're on the way.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
